I understand that my request for service will be reviewed and I will receive communication whether my requested item/s are covered by warranty or fall outside those guidelines. I also agree to provide access to my home during normal business hours (M-F, 8 - 4pm) for Century Communities employees and its appointed trade partners to inspect or perform repairs.

Prior to work being performed in your home, we require homeowners adhere to CDC recommendations/guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID. With your acknowledgment, you certify that at the time of service you will adhere to following:
I/we will not have had a COVID-19 diagnosis nor known exposure in the past 14 days.
I/we will not have experienced the onset of any one of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 (ie, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, fever, etc) in the past 14 days.
I/we will wear a face mask or covering and will exercise social distancing while services are being performed in my home.
